Perched at an altitude of 2,551 meters, the Spa du Refuge de Solaise offers a chance to completely unwind while gazing out at the peaks of Val d’Isère.
Designed as a true sanctuary for recovery and rejuvenation, the wellness area draws inspiration from natural elements—water, heat, cold, stone, wood, pure mountain air, and light—to create an intimate and soothing atmosphere.
An indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, cold plunge pool, panoramic sauna, steam rooms, relaxation areas, a fitness center, and wellness experiences invite you to slow down, recover, and reconnect both body and mind after a day on the slopes.

Contrast Therapy
Inspired by Nordic rituals and new approaches to recovery, Contrast Therapy offers an immersive experience where heat and cold complement each other against the backdrop of Val d’Isère’s mountain peaks.
Between a panoramic outdoor sauna, a hot bath, and a cold bath, the body is deeply stimulated to boost circulation, promote muscle recovery, and release tension.
NEW – GROUP SESSION
POLAR RESET · CONTRAST THERAPY
Aguided group experience for up to 6 people, alternating between two sauna sessions and two immersions in the polar bath. Led by a specialized therapist, this revitalizing break releases tension and restores energy after exercise.
2 hours – €135 / 1 person
2 hours – €260 / 2 people
Included: Refuge snack and access to the wellness area (hot tubs, steam rooms, outdoor sauna, hot bath, and relaxation area).
Hours: Departures at 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., or 7:00 p.m. on evenings when the Refuge de Solaise is open late. Access between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
